Started 2018, Koopers Distribution is offering 1-to-1 Crashed Exchange Programs to all customers who own Koopers or Nado car seats!
Customer is required to prepare and provide the following proof of accident and contact Koopers Distribution Sdn Bhd within 14 working days:
1. Photos of the car accident
2. Police report
3. Sales receipt / Warranty Registration
4. Crashed car seat
All documents and crashed car seat shall be sent to:

Terms & Conditions:
· The exchange program is only applicable to all car seat brands under Koopers Distribution Sdn Bhd only (Koopers or Nado).
· The exchange program is limited to ONE TIME entitlement, from the warranty date.
· The exchange of car seat shall not exceed more than 14 days from police report date.
· The replacement car seat will be issued out within 7 days upon receiving date.
· The replacement car seat will be the frame of the car seat only, fabric not included. Fabric will be using customer’s existing car seat fabric.
· Walk in customer has to call office beforehand to ensure stock availability.
· Outstation customer has to bear the cost of postage for both ways.
· For discontinued car seat model, an equivalent value car seat will be issued.
· Koopers Distribution reserves the rights to change, amend, cancel or remove the 1-to-1 Crashed Exchange Program at any time without prior notice.
