Eligible merchandise may be returned free of charge with the conditions that must satisfy the following in order to be eligible for refund.
- The merchandise must be in the original unused condition. Example – such as the strollers must not have any wear and tear on the wheel.
The Package must be complete with all the warranty cards, manuals, instructions and receipt for proof of purchase.
- Please note Koopers will not accept returns for any products that have been used, including, without limitation, product that show visible wear and fabric items that have been worn or washed.
